In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus which has been declared as Pandemic, the hearing of this Tribunal have been restricted to urgent matters only.  Accordingly, only urgent matters will be taken up by the Tribunal and rest of the matter will be adjourned by the Reader and intimation shall be uploaded on the blog.   Further, it is informed that THE CASES LISTED FOR hearing are now RE-FIXED FOR HEARING/CASES TO BE TAKEN UP.   The details are as under:- SR. In pursuance of Office Order No. 16/DHC/2020 Dt. 13.06.2020 issued by Registrar General, Delhi High Court the functioning of the Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court shall continue to remain suspended till 30.06.2020.   It is further ordered that matters listed for hearing in the subordinate courts from 15.06.2020 be adjourned en bloc in terms of the earlier directions. Pursuant to the orders as mentioned above, the functioning of the DST shall remain suspended from 15.06.2020 to 30.06.2020.   Also, the cases listed for hearing from 15.06.2020 to 30.06.2020 are now adjourned and new dates will be uploaded on the website.   Efforts are on to put in place the hearing of 20 oldest matters via Video Conferencing.   Efforts are also on concerning disposal of matter on the basis of written submissions and consent of both the sides.
