DELHI SCHOOL TRIBUNAL

In pursuance of Office Order No. 1347 Dt. 29.05.2020 issued by Registrar General, Delhi High Court the functioning of the Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court shall continue to remain suspended till 14.06.2020.   It is further ordered that matter listed for hearing in the subordinate courts from 01.06.2020 to 12.06.2020 be adjourned en bloc and information in this regard be uploaded on the website. Pursuant to the orders as mentioned above, the functioning of the DST shall remain suspended 01.06.2020 to 12.06.2020.   Further, the cases listed for hearing from 01.06.2020 to 12.06.2020 are now adjourned and new dates will be uploaded on the website.   FURTHER, ORDERS SHALL ALSO FOLLOW SOON. In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, it is not advisable to create rush in the premises of the Tribunal.  The Court room is not spacious and list of cases to be fixed for hearing shall have to be kept very short till availability of some relief, from the Covid-19 which is not available at the moment.  Therefore, the parties who have filed written arguments are advised to give their consent in writing, in case they want to get their case disposed of on the basis of the written arguments filed by both the sides.  The cases in which both the sides will consent will be disposed of on the basis of written arguments.  P.O (DST) 

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus which has been declared as Pandemic, the hearing of this Tribunal have been restricted to urgent matters only.    Accordingly, only urgent matters will be taken up by the Tribunal and rest of the matter will be adjourned by the Reader and intimation shall be uploaded on the blog.   Further, it is informed that THE CASES LISTED FOR hearing are now RE-FIXED FOR HEARING/CASES TO BE TAKEN UP.   The details are as under:- SR.
