Information Regarding Cases


In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, it is not advisable to create rush in the premises of the Tribunal.  The Court room is not spacious and list of cases to be fixed for hearing shall have to be kept very short till availability of some relief, from the Covid-19 which is not available at the moment.  Therefore, the parties who have filed written arguments are advised to give their consent in writing, in case they want to get their case disposed of on the basis of the written arguments filed by both the sides.  The cases in which both the sides will consent will be disposed of on the basis of written arguments.
