CAUSE LIST FOR 26-03-2020

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus which has been declared as Pan-epidemic, the hearing of this Tribunal have been restricted to urgent matters only.  Accordingly, only urgent matters will be taken up by the Tribunal and rest of the matter will be adjourned by the Reader and intimation shall be uploaded on the blog.

Procedure of filing in the Tribunal is identical to Delhi High Court all concerned to take note.
Note: b)
Matters in which Hon’ble Supreme Court/High Court have given directions shall be taken up on urgent basis. In case of likelyhood of such case(s) taking long time, other case(s) may be adjourned.
