As per Order No. 24 dt.
13.07.2020 issued by Registrar General, Delhi High Court,
functioning of the Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court shall remain
suspended till 31.07.2020.
Virtual
hearings of the oldest cases is not possible due to non-availability of the
required infrastructure as well as non-receipt of willingness of both the sides. However,
physical filing of cases will be permitted but such matters shall be taken up
for hearing only after normal functioning of the Courts is resumed.
